I enjoyed the details, like staff and food, they were exceptional. Durham Tees Valley airport was hardly 35 minutes away by car.

The location and food were perfect, I loved it. The room was top-class with a good comfy bed, had wake-up service, that's cool.

It was well priced. We enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with a rather luxurious, 2 windows on corner of property, for example.

Breakfast was tasty and staff fabulous. I got free upgrade and loved it. Homey hotel in a central location close to the North Yorkshire national park. My stay here was really lovely.

Relaxing hotel, breakfast was perfect, handy location in a pretty village on the edge of the moors with two nice pubs.

I loved the hotel! Ideal location, efficient stuff and outstanding food. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. All facilities where clean too. Moreover, I parked at the on-site.

The place is clean, the room is huge, the staff is amiable. Amazing food options.

Thanks very much for providing us with a warm stay. Everything was excellent during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was uncomfortable bathroom. Hotel offered magazines in the lobby. A short walk to the amazing beach. Outstanding restaurant inside the venue.

The venue was interesting, I loved the stay and the location was peaceful so close to a pretty village, two nice pubs and the North Yorkshire national park. All employees were helpful and smiled at me❤

The view was scenic and the breakfast was great. Very attentive staff were eager to help - a credit to the hotel. I had the queen room which was impeccable and immaculate. Fantastic service and a brilliant pool onsite. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. Top location in the town, an easy walk to tourist attractions.

i liked okay staff and location. the staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. it was located in a local area. and it was just 1 km from church of st augustine. early check-in.

I liked the perfectly pleasant stay. Staff was patient, breakfast was fine. There was a busy bar with efficient service. Comfy bed, super room.

We had the budget single room and it was welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed TV set and free wireless internet access. We will choose the place for future trips, as the hotel met required needs.

The staff were FRIENDLY and the food appetising. The room was reasonably priced. If we return to Middlesbrough we would definitely book here again.
